My smartwatch isn't on time, what should I do?
Important notice: Please do not pull on your smartwatch’s crown. Time is set as instructed below.
If your smartwatch’s hands don’t display the correct time, you can “align your hands” via the App. Here is the way to make it :
1 – Connect the smartwatch to the App
2 – Click on the upper right hand corner logo
3 – Click on “align hands”
4 – Follow the steps displayed on the App, and click on “save” to save the hand alignment
If your smartwatch’s hands are aligned at 12 o’clock (straight up), then your hands are correctly adjusted. If one or both hands are not pointing at 12 o’clock, please select each hand and use the arrow keys to align to 12 o’clock.
