My UV measurement doesn't seem to work,what should I do? (On selected models)

If your measurement looks odd, please make sure that:

• Your watch’s glass is clean
• You are not indoors
• You have followed the steps listed below (and making sure that your watch’s dial is facing the sun)

Press on your watch’s crown pusher at 3 o’clock until you reach the UV function on your smartwatch digital screen. To take your UV measure, make sure your dial faces the sun and press on the pusher at 2 o’clock. The index measure will flash on the watch’s digital display until the measurement is complete.

UV LOW / UV MED / UV HIGH / UV XTR will appear on the screen according to the value. The results are also available in the app via the UV dashboard.
To launch a new measure, simply press again on the pusher at 2 o’clock.
