My watch update failed and my smartwatch doesn't respond anymore, what should I do?

When performing the OTA (Over The Air) update of your smartwatch, the Bluetooth connection can get lost and the watch update will fail.

The smartwatch will then enter a static state where the hands do not move. The watch is actually waiting for the App to connect and re-start the update. In most cases, the App will propose to re-start the OTA update. If not, or if you have killed the application, you can follow these steps:

Close the App and open it again
The  App will show you the OTA update page in order to re-start the OTA update
Press the crown pusher of the smartwatch (3 o’clock pusher)
Keep the smartwatch as close as possible to the phone
Re-start the OTA update
Keep the smartwatch close to the phone until the end of the OTA update
In some cases, after the OTA, you may need to pair again your smartw atch to your phone
