My digital screen has gone black and isn't responding, what should I do? (On selected models)

Your smartwatch just needs to be reset.
The first option will be directly through the watch. Please, press the 3 o’clock pusher for 10 seconds: the screen must restart.
If it doesn’t work, you still have the option through the App. In order to do so, open the App and select “informations” under the “settings” tab in your main menu. Then press on the button next to “reset options” and select “reset device” from the pop-up window.
